What should I do after receiving a package that has been opened or tampered with?
Please notify our customer care team immediately if your shipment has been opened or tampered with. We will not accept any notification after 24 hours of the attempted delivery.

Is there a reason why my product was not picked up?
In order to pick up the item, we make three attempts. In the event that the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as unsuccessful.
